Agreement
By accessing or using the Zora Mortgages website at https://zoramortgages.co.nz, our online calculators, enquiry forms, or client portal (together, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply in addition to any separate agreement or advice disclosure provided when you engage us for mortgage advisory services.
About us
The Site is operated by Zora Mortgages, a licensed Financial Advice Provider (FSP1012583), based at Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand.
Website information is general only
Content on the Site — including interest rates, calculator results, guides, and blog material — is provided for general information only. It is not personal financial advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
Calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard assumptions. Actual lending terms depend on lender policy, your financial position, and property details.
Interest rates displayed on the Site are indicative and may change without notice. Always confirm current rates and product terms with us or the relevant lender before making decisions.

Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee loan approval. All lending is subject to lender criteria and formal approval.
